Whether you're an infant, a child, an adult, an expectant mother or an athlete, osteopathy is a gentle, whole-body therapy that adapts to every age and every stage of life.
Each person carries their own history, their own body and their own needs.
Below you'll find an overview of the situations in which I can support you — from the very first weeks of life, through the different phases of women's health, to sports practice and the demands of everyday life.
Tension or discomfort in the back, neck or joints.
Muscle stiffness, or discomfort linked to prolonged posture or repetitive movements.
Occasional headaches, a feeling of functional fatigue.
The need for a space to be heard, to better understand your body and regain comfort in your movements.

Your first appointment
Coming for the first time? Here's how a session unfolds, so you can arrive with complete peace of mind.
The consultation lasts about 60 minutes. We begin with a conversation: I ask you about your reason for coming, your medical history and your lifestyle, in order to understand your body as a whole.
Next comes an osteopathic examination: I observe your posture and test the mobility of your various structures to identify areas of tension. Treatment is carried out using gentle manual techniques, adapted to your age and your situation.
Before you leave, I offer a few pieces of advice - postures, movements or everyday habits - to prolong the benefits of the session.
What to bring: wear comfortable clothing and, if you have them, bring any recent examinations (X-rays, MRI scans, test results). Please let me know about any ongoing medical treatment.
An invoice is provided on request: French social security does not reimburse osteopathy, but many complementary health insurers (mutuelles) cover part of it.
